Hello from James I wanted to share with you a recent opportunity for me where I joined as speaker and panellist at a Healthcare Conference hosted by Bayes Business School, London.
I was invited to speak about the importance of leadership within an innovative culture. I was joined by some excellent co-speakers who all shared fascinating perspectives and experiences across their relevant fields of interest within their leadership roles.
The key moments for me, were when I was able to give 'real-life' examples of how poor decision making, lacklustre leadership or the 'Magpie Effect' can destroy routes to market for innovative products, services or goods.
(Magpie Effect is when you attracted to the next shiny new thing and abandon the previous shiny old thing. This leaves companies with half completed projects and drained coffers).
Thanks to all those who took the time to come and speak to me directly and apologies to all those whom I did not quite get round to.
