Christopher Mortensen is an executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in climatetech, construction, and real estate innovation. As co-founder and former Chief Product Officer of Modulous, he was responsible for developing sustainable solutions such as the Kit of Parts modular housing system and TESSA, an AI-driven generative design platform. These innovations cut construction waste by 40% and reduced embodied carbon by 50%, setting new standards for sustainability.

Mortensen's strategic insights and financial acumen were critical to managing profit and loss responsibilities at Modulous, as well as securing $25M in investment, including a successful Series A round. His collaborative and data-driven leadership style fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, contributing to the company's growth and product development.
